Feng Shui is an ancient art used to create balance and harmony in your life. Using knowledge from the ancient Chinese healing system of "five element theory" you will discover how to create a flow of transformative energy through your home and in your life.

Physical and emotional ill health including stress related illnesses are all too common. If you want to change how you deal with these problems, then this weekend course that will give you many of the answers.
The course will show you the best way to help yourself and your family/friends. Chinese facial reflexology can help alleviate the symptoms of
- stress
- digestive problems
- menstrual problems
- sleep problems
- anxiety
and many other physical and emotional aliments. On this course you will learn how the Chinese approach of using the five-element theory to create balance and harmony will support your well being.
You will be introduced to acupressure points, learn a little about the flow of energy through our bodies (as used in acupuncture), and have opportunity to try out new techniques on yourself and other course attendees.
Course tutor
My name is Carole Gascoigne. My training includes: BSc Complementary Therapies, 2nd degree Reiki, PGAG, NLP practitioner.
I am a member of Scottish Institute of Reflexologists and the Irish Institute of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
I am a therapist with many years' experience both in touch therapies and talk therapies. Over the last decade many people have enjoyed my workshops. My approach is relaxed and informative, and you will leave the my workshops with tools that you can use in your everyday life.
I also offer bespoke corporate events tailored to the needs of organisations and the needs of staff.
I run regular workshops across Scotland and am now offering workshops in Edinburgh.
